The 11 Sectors
Technology, Healthcare, Financials, Consumer Discretionary, Communication Services, Industrials, Consumer Staples, Energy, Utilities, Real Estate and Materials.
Sector rotation: In expansionary cycles, cyclical sectors (Technology, Consumer Discretionary) tend to lead. In recessions, defensives (Utilities, Staples, Healthcare) take over.
