The tools available on Strateva.ai — including volatility models (EWMA, HAR, Yang-Zhang), Monte Carlo simulations, portfolio optimizers, currency dashboards, market screeners and quantitative strategies (Statistical Arbitrage, Multi-Factor Ranking) — are quantitative analysis instruments for educational purposes.

The results generated by these models are based on historical data, statistical assumptions and predefined parameters. No mathematical model can predict future market behavior with certainty. Results should be interpreted as probabilistic estimates subject to error, not as buy, sell or hedging recommendations.

Features based on artificial intelligence (AI-generated analyses) are indicative and may contain inaccuracies. Users should independently verify any information before acting on it.

📊 Market Data

Stock, index, currency, futures and other financial instrument prices displayed on Strateva.ai are not provided directly by regulated markets or stock exchanges, but by third-party data providers, primarily Financial Modeling Prep (financialmodelingprep.com) and other third-party sources.

Accordingly, prices may not be accurate and may differ from real-time market prices. This data is indicative and not suitable for direct execution of trading operations. Strateva.ai is not responsible for errors, delays or interruptions in data provision by third parties.

🏦 FRED® API — Federal Reserve Economic Data

This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

Interest rate data, macroeconomic indicators, yield curves and credit spreads come from the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) service. This data is used exclusively for educational and informational purposes within Strateva's quantitative models (Forex Z-Score, forward rates, FX momentum, investment calculator). FRED data is not redistributed as a standalone product.

Legal basis for processing: (a) Explicit user consent for analytical cookies (Art. 6.1.a GDPR); (b) legitimate interest for platform operation, security and rate limiting (Art. 6.1.f GDPR); (c) contractual performance for service delivery (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Data processed: Strateva.ai uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for analytical purposes. These tools collect pseudonymized browsing data in accordance with the GDPR and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). No personally identifiable data is collected beyond what is necessary for the operation of the service.

Data subject rights: You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing at any time by emailing info@strateva.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

🍪 Cookie Policy

In accordance with the AEPD Cookie Usage Guidelines (2023) and Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE, Strateva.ai uses only third-party analytical cookies. Consent is actively collected before installation via a cookie banner.

Cookies installed:

• _ga (Google Analytics) — Anonymous user identifier. Duration: 2 years.
• _ga_R8GC6X0T3S (Google Analytics 4) — Session state. Duration: 2 years.
• _gid (Google Analytics) — Session identifier. Duration: 24 hours.
• _gat_gtag_* (Google Analytics) — Request rate limiting. Duration: 1 minute.

You may refuse or revoke your consent at any time via the cookie banner or by deleting cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the basic functionality of the platform.

🗃️ Data Storage

Strateva.ai persistently stores: saved portfolios, watchlists, user preferences and analysis history. This data is associated with an anonymous session identifier and does not contain personally identifiable information.

IP Addresses: IP addresses used for rate limiting are processed through a one-way cryptographic hash (SHA-256 with random salt). Plain-text IP addresses are never stored. Hashes are kept in memory only and discarded when the server restarts.

Data Retention: Analysis history is automatically deleted after 90 days. Users may request at any time the full export (Art. 20 GDPR — portability) or complete deletion (Art. 17 GDPR — right to be forgotten) of all their stored data.

Cache: Market data obtained from external APIs (FMP and other providers) is temporarily stored in cache with defined expiration periods (from 1 minute to 24 hours) to improve performance. Expired entries are automatically purged every hour.

⚖️ Applicable Law

This legal notice is governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the use of this platform, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the platform owner's domicile.

For users outside Spain, Spanish law applies equally to the use of this platform. Access from other jurisdictions does not grant additional rights nor imply subjection to the user's local laws. Rights derived from the GDPR are applicable to all users within the European Economic Area.
